After years of loving this island ourselves, we are genuinely excited to open our doors and share it with families who are ready to make their own Nantucket memories.

Why We Decided to Offer This Rental

Nantucket has a way of getting under your skin. The light here is different. The pace is different. A week on this island — really settling in, not rushing from attraction to attraction — has a way of resetting something in you that you did not even know needed resetting.

We wanted to create a home that made that kind of week possible. Not a hotel, not a cramped cottage, but a real house where a family can spread out, cook together, leave sandy towels by the door, and feel completely at ease.

155 Surfside Road is that house.

What Makes This Home Special

The property sits on one of Nantucket's most beloved residential streets, just a five-minute walk from the wide, uncrowded sands of Surfside Beach. It is the kind of location where the kids can ride bikes to the water in the morning while the adults linger over coffee on the patio.

Inside, the home sleeps ten comfortably across four queen bedrooms — each with its own en-suite bath — plus a queen pull-out sofa in the finished basement. The open-plan kitchen and living areas were designed with gathering in mind: a marble island that seats four, a dining table for four more, and a patio that seats ten for evening meals under the stars.

For families who want to explore beyond the beach, town is a 15–20 minute bike ride away. The cobblestones, the boutiques, the harbor — all of it is close enough to be easy, far enough to feel like an adventure.

Nantucket has a rhythm to it — slow mornings, long beach days, dinners that stretch into the evening. We have tried to build a home that honors that rhythm rather than interrupting it.

2027 Season Now Open

We are accepting inquiries for the 2027 season, running Saturday to Saturday from late May through mid-October. Weeks are going quickly, and we expect the summer months to fill early.
